1/43 1969 Mustang Fastback

James, are you talking about the Testors 1/43 die casts? I have those and was looking at them thinking the same thing. I was also looking at one of the Ultimates Cobras I have wondered if I could make it fit and turn the 36 into a full detail. Don't know if I have the patience to take on that build.

Yes that is exactly what i was talking about. Making it a full detail would be some work but man that would be cool!! I have 2 of the Cobras and one of the Corvettes. I say it might be a long term project due to the size but i would love to see it!

The stripes were in only one that I know of issues of this kit. I think it was the one that was molded in orange - maybe under the Matchbox brand.

I could check my all my instructions for these kits to find out for sure.

Its got to be the Matchbox brand. I have all the others. I want to find a set so i can scan them and have more printed, we have someone local with an Alps printer.
