FordRodnKustom Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 It has a little bit of an attitude. No hood, just a bunch of carbs, painted steelies and white walls.
dub Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Nice! It's definitely one of the meanest builds of the new Revells. Where did the back tires come from?
Gray Smith Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 def. my favorite Merc build yet....love the attitude it has, and yeah where did those wide whites come from? Gray
FordRodnKustom Posted November 25, 2007 Author Posted November 25, 2007 Thanks all, the fronts are from the kit, not sure where the slicks came from. They're old M&H Racemasters I had in the parts box. I sprayed the white using white vinyl dye.
parki Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 (edited) Very nice build Ron. that is definitely one of the nicest builds of that kit Ive seen so far. Do you have any interior shots? Edited November 25, 2007 by parki

John Goschke Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 That is really cool! Great color combo and unique approach!
Nick F40 Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 (edited) Whoa, I can't believe I missed this, that '49 is amazing! The interior is really well done and I love the exterior work done and of course, in my favorite color. Good job, and I like the fact you didn't use any fender skirts. bobss396 Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Most impressive! Great work on the dash and color selections. The copper is so hotrod-period correct.
geetee66 Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 Cool as fek! It looks mean! Nicely done, mate!
RodBurNeR Posted December 2, 2007 Posted December 2, 2007 (edited) MAN I LIKE THIS! AWESOME APPEAL AND DETAIL! Edited December 2, 2007 by awbcrazy
Olle F Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Very nice, and it sure gives me new ideas for what to do with my kit! The funny thing about it is that the race stance actually makes that much debated roof line look just right.
