How To Post Photos

OK! I admit I'm confused. I wanted to post a new model in the "Under Glass" forum. I'm having a problem

adding photos. I have an off site photo bucket account and I have local images available to post as well.

I could not find a "How to" or "tips & tricks" or "Tutorial" on this topic. So my questions are

1) Are photos to be uploaded from local disc storage?

2) Are photos to be uploaded from off site storage such as "Photo bucket"

3) Are photos inserted via the insert button (insert image) where you are prompted for the URL for the image

Note I get an error message " Sorry, dynamic pages in the tags are not allowed"

4) Are photos to be uploaded as attachments

Please point me to the right direction
