ViperDave Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 This is my old 62 Falcon custom. All the original body work was done in 62. The front and rear extensions were done then. Under the paint is the putty that came in the styline kit. I added the new roof from the 64 Galaxie kit back in 64 and it stayed that way for years. Back about 10 years ago I added the Chrysler type grill and painted it. It has been in a box but everytime I get it out I end up chipping the paint. Now it looks like I will need to repaint it one more time. I just wouldn't be satisfied if I didn't. You know being friends with "Chopper" means I just can't do a SO-SO paint job. I'm not sure about the wheels so I will still be thinking what I need for this one. What wheels would you use ????????? Thanks for looking.
Steve H. Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 Thats pretty cool bodywork, considering when it was done! Didn't the Predicta have a "turbine" style wheel? Something like that would look good on it.
Joe Handley Posted December 25, 2007 Posted December 25, 2007 Looks good, I really like how the body mods turned out on it, here's what I would do for the rims too http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti00...=LXDH19&P=7
Trans Am Erik Posted December 25, 2007 Posted December 25, 2007 WOW!!! That is some cool bodyword. I like the design, nice paint job too. Are those the wheels you are planning to use?
