freakshow12 Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 I am talking about the 1:1 caps. Shelby sourced them from the supplier that made the chevelle caps
jaydar Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Here's a bit of the R&D Unique Catalog with the '68 Shelby Transkit. And as Scott mentioned they had a '68 GT/Gs also. It was/is Kit # RDU-2813 So how hard would it be to get to a non-Shelby '68 convertible with these???? Thanks for any help. Joe.
dimaxion Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Did you know those are the same wheel covers used on the 65 z16 Chevrolet and some mopars? True story Yup , common suppliers . Not originated or designed , engineered , manufactured , packaged , shipped by this Giant of Vehicle Assemblers . Outsourced like most of the parts content in the Sales Units they spew out . I am glad to see you have these Kevin . Thanx ..
