disabled modeler Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 That is pretty cool there Gregg...for me its the old box art boxes from the old kits...just makes me smile.
Ford guy Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Now I know what to do with all those Hot Wheels, Matchbox and Johnnie Lightning cars I've collected............and people will think I'm an artist to boot. Think why wife will buy this?
ChrisBcritter Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 (edited) These bring up a childhood memory. Anybody have one of those car dealer shadow-box displays that feature promo models sawn in half lengthwise and mounted? I remember seeing one with '65 Fords at the dealer my grandfather worked at. disabled modeler Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 I have seen them Chris while cool and a rare piece of history it still breaks my heart to see the promos cut in half...LOL..
jbwelda Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 great idea and something to do with those infinite NASCARs. I have a bunch of second dinky, corgi, matchbox etc that would look great in a window box like that. jb
