mikemodeler Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 That Suburban and Van look like they could be from the old Emergency! TV show. Looking forward to seeing them completed.

English Jules Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 Like the ambulance with the extra height added, did you just scratch built it based on pics or drawings? I have a old van i plan on doing like that hopefully soon. I also recently bought the Johan red fire/ambulance that i want to build, while watching 3rd series of Emergency! (like im doing as i write this) i saw white and yellow ones in the background. i think they look cool S
disabled modeler Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 The van is really cool....I love the Chevy Suburban its AWESOME....!
MikeBoyle Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 I like them all. IMHO the HMMWV would look better with the wheels de-chromed.
GLMFAA1 Posted May 14, 2015 Author Posted May 14, 2015 EMS week approaches again and the projects get a little attention: The Chevy got retro to a 1967 with the help of a Modelhaus grill cut into the grill This makes it my first ambulance I worked in. It still needs some details as the back spot light, rear step and rear hinges Just painted the full dish wheels to look like the dog dishes, Worked on teh body so much I wiped out the trim and put it back with Evergreen stock but could not get the wheel well rounds so it just got bare metal. The real McCoy Happy EMS week to all emergency and first responders greg
426-Hemi Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 VERY nice on all accounts! I especially like the Ambulance, made onto a Humvee! I have a plan to make a Dodge truck with a camper to follow a lot of the same way you did this one, -just one thats removable like the real life counterpart in 1:1 scale! NICE on all of them tho, a LOT of "scratchin'" I can see follows my future!
