No, it's just a poor attempt at a light bar, and a push bumper chucked into the '10 SS Showroom Replicas kit with some generic decals.

There are a few dozen of these Camaros in-service in the States, but they chose to do a random generic kit rather than any specific one.

What James said. There are two sets of decals- a psuedo-CHP scheme and some county sheriff type graphics. Other than that it's the SS/RS coupe kit with the lightbar, push bar, and two small lights for the push bar added. All of the other flashers (the ones you see on the mirrors and rear bumper cover) are decals. Not a bad kit for what it is, but not a kit of any specific Camaro in service for any police force. I built it when it came out and thought the kit was decent, but felt a bit let down by the generic graphics.

thanks, good to know. I will get one at a later date if i have some spare cash but not hurry to get one. The 5 Lindberg cop Chargers i got from the US last week are at customs over here, i forgot which cop decal scheme it is, but its very rare i use kit decals. I cant wait to get my hands on them at look close up at the plastic. In the near future i want some Bill Bozo decals when i can afford them to use on them.

Paint it white, color the lightbar amber and put USAF markings on the doors. That will give you a pretty close approximation of a US Air Force "chase car".

I read that cities and other PD agencies are getting into licensing.... thus we'll see more generic decals in police car kits. Note that the Model King '57 Ford was originally shown with some correct agency decals that got watered down to generic for the actual kit release.
