I will use these seats and this steering wheel This is the color ill be using with a gloss black roof And for the people who are interrested an unboxing video
Matt Bacon Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 Nice one, Tom... I'll be watching with interest, since I just picked up the alternative Tamiya kit for about €20 _delivered_ from Japan, new from an Amazon seller! Ever since I built the LFA, I've seen a few of these around town, and I'm keen to get started on mine. What interior colour scheme are you going for? I think I'll do mine in the "red" version, just for some variety inside. Or are your sport seats going to be crazy blue or something? Knowing you, it'll be half painted tomorrow night, and done by the weekend! bestest, M.
Tompidom Posted July 5, 2014 Author Posted July 5, 2014 Thanks guys! Nice one, Tom... Knowing you, it'll be half painted tomorrow night, and done by the weekend! bestest, M. The interior on mine will be almost 90% red with some blak inserts here and there Got started on my build last week got 2 video's of the start And I was also filming while painting, But instead of filming the painting i was filming 5 cm below what i was painting.......... So no video of that just a vew pictures
Tompidom Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Had to remove some metarial from the floorpan for the new seats to fit and all the remaining pieces recieved one or more colors Now that everything has its basic colors down, it could all be organized again. And now the final detailing and assembly can start.
DynoMight Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Cool interior that'll really stand out against that blue! Keep up the good work. May I ask what airbrush you use?
slusher Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Great color and finish on the body. Interior looks awesome with the red inserts. I like how you have your parts organized by color...
Chillyb1 Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Man, you are way too organized! But I'm loving this build. I'll probably never build this kit; however, I love watching builds like yours featuring good, clean work.
Tompidom Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Thanks guys! Cool interior that'll really stand out against that blue! Keep up the good work. May I ask what airbrush you use? I use a Harder & Steenbeck 2 in 1 EVO with a 0,4 needle

Tompidom Posted July 25, 2014 Author Posted July 25, 2014 (edited) Very nice build man, may I know how did you add the license plate? The base license plate was a decal from a Revell kit and the surround came as a decal with the wheels Edited July 25, 2014 by Tompidom
66belair Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 That is some nice work,I've been thinking about getting one of these kits since those cars were released to the states. Looks like a cool ride.
