Brudda
Made a mistake on the hood. Had to repaint. trying to push for the ultimate finish but paid the price of getting greedy. This is the repaint and I left it alone. Now moving on ,Chassis is next. Brudda
Reassembled for fitment. Checking lowered suspension. scratch built parts fit, still have to make rear speaker grills seat belt recievers, and modify a few interior things. The chassis is the standard GT 500 fastback chassis with just lowering mods (I hope)

Brudda
Sir Ben , I used sherman williams basecoat torch red and used their hpc 15 clear. The motor was painted with tamiya acrylics
Brudda
It is a urethane clear. The mixing ratio is supposed to be 5 to 1 to 1, but for models I mix it 4 to 1 to 1. This makes it a little thinner and more to scale. 4 parts clear, one part hardner ,one part reducer.Automotive paint stores have small mixing cups with mixing ratios on the mixing cup.Hope this helps. LaughingIndian
That interior and boot are beautiful! Re: sideways photos - Are you opening them in iPhoto or Preview? Once you rotate the pic are you saving? Macs usually have an easier interface ... but a cheap Photoshop LE is a must-have minimum to preserve your beautiful work. In the meantime, your model looks great from any angle.
