jjsipes Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 I am looking for pictures of the 1964 Plymouth Hardtop that Bill Shirey drove with the name of "The Professor" on the door. I have a small b/w picture that came the Fred Cady Decals but I was ooking for a little bit bigger picture. Does anyone have any info on this car? Color Interior? Hemi? 426 Wedge?
Mike Kucaba Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 It's probably on Google. It was a plain white car and the Cady decals pretty much covers it.
jjsipes Posted August 14, 2014 Author Posted August 14, 2014 This about the only color picture of the 64 Hardtop that I have been able to find. Picture from Facebook - The Chrysler Package Cars. But, I still am not sure about interior color.
Mike Kucaba Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 WOW! GOOGLE images failed me and I am sorry!! I checked and the "64 car did not come up except in a tiny B/W!! Going on memory, if it 's the '64 hardtop, it would most likely be a 426 wedge car. Without anymore reference can't help beyond that.
jjsipes Posted August 14, 2014 Author Posted August 14, 2014 Thanks Jon. I have read where the 64 Lightweight Hardtops could be had with any interior color where the Lightweight Sedans all had red interiors so, I wasn't sure.
oldr-n-drt Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 my fred cady reference sheet for #458 decal sheet says..1964-65 plymouth 2door hardtop or 2door sedan, white car with red interior an white wheels...are you making hardtop or sedan??
