plastikjunkie2 Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 here is the new 1/12 ducati panigale. this is an excellent kit finished box stock other than the aftermarket fork set which is beautiful.
Modelmartin Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 Looks great! I will have to add that to my Ducati stash. Being older I can't hack the flat black thing going on now. Red would be fine!
jaydar Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 I have one on its way to me. I can't wait now. Yours looks great. Joe.
Gluebomber Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Looks great, Erich. You did a really nice job on the forks. How did you paint them?
Nacho Z Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 That is such a nice looking bike! Great job on it.
blackandwhite Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 gorgeous bike. the gold on the forks is incredible also like the heat stain on the exhaust. well done kit
MADDOG Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 If i saw this and someone told me its a pic of a new real bike...I would completely believe them. This is a very realistic build. Just outstanding!
gerdog Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 Nice!! I like the flat black finish over the red. Not a Ducati fan, but, when this came out I had to purchase.
Brett Barrow Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 I want one so bad!!!! Love the Tamiya 1/12 bikes. I know, I'll ask Santa... Yours looks great, BTW.
heptoman Posted January 2, 2015 Posted January 2, 2015 I have this kit, it was thoroughly enjoyable to build. I love your fairing paintjob! What did you use to distinguish that flat black from the seats? Since this is also my dream bike I will be getting another one (or two or three), but this time I want a working chain! Larry (nice to see someone in my neck of the woods!) - that fork set is a metal detail from Tamiya. It includes the forks themselves, the preload valves and connectors (at the top of the forks where the blue parts are), as well as the Öhlins rear can. Very nice machining, worth the 25 bucks.
