I received my order yesterday (less than a week ) and they had fixed the shipping price . Over all a good experience and great products .

I placed my order on the 24th and received an email stating it shipped on the 25th. The email was also supposed to show me a tracking number, but, there where none. The email also asked me to log into my account and that also does not show me any tracking info either. Hopefully I will have a nice surprise in the mail when I get back to work on Tuesday.

I got a similar email, but I think they sent that out when they finished packing the box and sealed it up. A few days later I got an email from UPS with a tracking number, but they had yet to receive the actual package. The next day the package was in transit.

As Frank stated in his Facebook post (quoted above), their web store is basically being handled by their one customer service person. I recommend giving them some time to finish processing everything, you should get a tracking number soon.
