  Yep Snake you got the Group. The Song Title is I've Never Been To Spain. I like the Song, but it always seemed to me like it was almost ready to bust loose but could never quite make it.

Can't speak for anyone else, but how I get the answers is from my memory

Your song is Skateaway by Dire Straits, off the Making Movies album

 

Their first album is still their best IMO, although I'm a little burned-out on Sultans of Swing

On a somewhat related note, I have a bootleg of a Warren Zevon concert from 1995, when he toured with an Irish band called Something Happens as his backup. They prominently featured an old Hammond B3 organ. When performed on a Hammond B3, "Werewolves of London" sounds like it could have/should have been a Three Dog Night song!
