See, if he had taken driver's ed, he would have known to slow down to 65 when you try to park your car in the garage!

We were trying to figure out exactly which Nissan was driving and how he got it going the reported 80-100mph in that spot, as it's a residential street and T-Intersection! All they had announced when I posted this was that it was a 4dr Nissan, maybe a SUV. Outside of a 3.5l Altima or Maxima as well as the Juke Turbo, I can't think of any Nissan matching those descriptions that would be that quick?! I'm not sure how easily my Sister's Challenger R/T Classic w/5 speed auto would pull that off, and those 3.5l Altimas and Maximas should be pulling pretty close numbers to my 3.6l Chrysler 200, which should be slightly slower than that Challenger in the acceleration department. I doubt it could be the Juke, since it's full, un-crunched length is still shorter than the remains of the wrecked car after hitting the corner of the house (5 feet off the ground no less!) While corkscrewing it's way up the driveway and through the cinderblock back wall of the garage!

Witnesses can be very unreliable. They say the car was going 80-100... the fact is they probably had no real idea how fast the car was actually going. A better name for some witnesses would be "witlesses."

Look at that shooting in Ferguson. There are "eyewitness" accounts of what happened that completely contradict each other.

Let's not even get started on Ferguson please.

I drove that way tonight, if it was one if the hotter Altimas or Maximas, 80mph might have been possible if he made a run from a dead stop at the nearest sign. No doubt he could have hit 100mph if he had just flat blown through the sign, but that would have cranked the stupidity level way up even higher than it already was!

Don't worry, I'm not going there. Just making a point about the "reliability" of eyewitness accounts.
