JPolli Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 Might anyone know of a kit or aftermarket place that might have headers like these? Thank you in advance. Jim
JunkPile Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 You could build them from scratch. Should be easy enough and would fit your application exactly. Good luck good
Snake45 Posted October 19, 2014 Posted October 19, 2014 I think the AMT '53 Stude has something similar. They might be a little longer but of course you could cut them. http://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/automotive-cars--pi/studebaker/amt-1953-studebaker/11.html#media
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 20, 2014 Posted October 20, 2014 Building your own guarantees a perfect fit, but Mr. Snake is also right on. This shot of the AMT '53 Stude instructions shows one side of the headers... ...and here are 6 of those pipes used to plumb the exhaust on an inline engine...very possibly a decent starting point for what you need. dimaxion Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Yes , these are the same type as in the Studebaker kit . An alternative would be making these from Solder or wire one by one . I have these from the Stud kits . PM me , we can trade .. Thanx ..
