As we've discussed and Wagonmaster has agreed, there will be NO RESTRICTIONS ON TECH OR YEAR/MAKE/MODEL. Whatever you want to use, you can use. Wheels will be up to your whim, after all how many times have you seen $1000 in wheels on a $500 car? The more dated and tacky, odd, whatever, the better.
