VERY cool Tim. What a great subject and great work by you bringing it to life in scale. Any info on how this car actually performed in the real world?

Thanks for the kind words. Actually, I haven't come across any accounts of how this thing performed. I'll bet it would scare the bejabbers out of you, though!!!!! Hang on tight!!!

Awesome..... I was looking at some old Popular Hot Rodding mags from the late 60's and was looking at the Turbonique ads thinking how cool it would be to build something similar. Nice work!

Spot on Timmy. Looking forward to seeing this on one of the tables at DSC.

I'd also like to know how this ran. Bet it was a sight to see.

Glad to hear you are still plying your trade! :) Had a design all laid out for them at one time, but decided to save them for another project. YES, they are going to be used, but something as "BITCHIN'" as these babies needs a 'special' project to make 'em standout!!!

This car looks very good, excellent detailing. You did a great job in making this model.

Thank you for the kind words from you and the rest of the gang. I didn't realize it when I finished this, but this has been a 7 year project from the time I first saw this car to completion. YIKES!!! At least that's what my reference dates start at when I began this journey.

No, I didn't work on it day and night for 7 yrs. but with all the "hunting and gathering" of reference, materials and building of the model took that long. Sheesh, fly times when you're having fun!!! :):P
