Tim Pentecost Posted November 25, 2014 Author Posted November 25, 2014 VERY cool Tim. What a great subject and great work by you bringing it to life in scale. Any info on how this car actually performed in the real world? Thanks for the kind words. Actually, I haven't come across any accounts of how this thing performed. I'll bet it would scare the bejabbers out of you, though!!!!! Hang on tight!!!

Hopsing Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Awesome..... I was looking at some old Popular Hot Rodding mags from the late 60's and was looking at the Turbonique ads thinking how cool it would be to build something similar. Nice work!

Tim Pentecost Posted January 13, 2015 Author Posted January 13, 2015 Hey Tim, just making decals as needed...did you ever use the Tree Frog Ale ones? Glad to hear you are still plying your trade! Had a design all laid out for them at one time, but decided to save them for another project. YES, they are going to be used, but something as "BITCHIN'" as these babies needs a 'special' project to make 'em standout!!! TimmyP

Tim Pentecost Posted February 8, 2015 Author Posted February 8, 2015 This car looks very good, excellent detailing. You did a great job in making this model. Thank you for the kind words from you and the rest of the gang. I didn't realize it when I finished this, but this has been a 7 year project from the time I first saw this car to completion. YIKES!!! At least that's what my reference dates start at when I began this journey. No, I didn't work on it day and night for 7 yrs. but with all the "hunting and gathering" of reference, materials and building of the model took that long. Sheesh, fly times when you're having fun!!!
