rockin562 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Well since im almost finished I thought I would post this 64 impala I built for my uncle. It does have working hydraulics. I have to put the rear bumper on and wire up the switches but on to the pics.
DeeCee Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 I love the amount of work that goes into lowrider, especially with working hydro's, and keeping the interior detail, so many people black out the windows to hide all the mechanics. I just wish you had of held off and fitted that bumper though, could you post up another pic when you do mate, It is a beautiful looking build.
Guest Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Not a lowrider fan, but nice work. One thing, add some sliver paint detail to those tail lights. Google image a 64 Impala, you will see.
geetee66 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Yeah, sort out those tailights and it'll be killer! Beautiful finish on the paint. Foil work looks crisp, too. Hats off to you fitting hydraulics! I wouldn't know where to start with that!
rockin562 Posted December 13, 2014 Author Posted December 13, 2014 Thanks guys and as soon as I get it finished up I will post a short video and as for the tail lights I did go around the center with a silver sharpie but its a old marker and will pick up a new one today to finish that up. And I really appreciate all the comments.
ERIK88 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 Nice lowrider , love impalas on Daytons. I have over 10 variations of Impalas
Mike 1017 Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I agree with all the above. When you say working hydraulics .You can make your car jump like a 1:1 ?
rockin562 Posted December 14, 2014 Author Posted December 14, 2014 This car I did not make it to hop. But it will do front/back and side to side and 3 wheel like a 1:1. Most of what I build are lowriders and I know not everyone likes them but I have always liked them. The models and 1:1
