I finished this one earlier today. It's the Revell kit with added wiring under the hood. The decals were a royal pain to get settled down decently (particularly the blue ones). Speaking of decals, the Goodyear logos for the fenders were not included on the sheet, so I found some in my parts box and added them (along with the tire lettering). Aside from the decaling it was an enjoyable build.

Great build Tony. Real nice work. You can post finished cars in under glass now Tony even if its drag cars...

I can imagine the pain when decaling that one. I'm always really nervous when installing bigger decals than those little sponsor decals and I bet this wasn't easy! It looks very good though. Nice paint and detailing too, engine looks really sharp. Glad to see one of these being built.

And BTW: Great to see a Drag Car posted in Drag Racing Models section. In Under Glass they seem to get lost between other models. ;)

god looking build. nice to see these darts built. it's wonderful going thru life a quarter mile at a time.

what silver did you use? looks real nice. hard to get silver right.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I've had my fill of big decal jobs for awhile hahaha. The paint I used is Duplicolor Silver Metallic that I had laying around.
