Ron Hamilton Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 That is a very nice kit. I did one in Red on Black. Very enjoyable.
Curt Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Always liked a dark blue Mustang ragtop with a white uptop.
dbbycreations Posted January 26, 2015 Author Posted January 26, 2015 going alternator ,in the kit just sanding it down going to experiment black under blue for a richer blue I think
cobramike Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 This will be a fun build. Did one a year ago, one of my faves.
dbbycreations Posted February 5, 2015 Author Posted February 5, 2015 this is my progress on my mustang so far .decided to paint the seats plaid ,just for something different lol The body is air brushed so far ,gloss to come. Donated from belugawrx`s stash, the wheels are from a monogram 32 ford street rod, just what I had in mind The engine is coming to gether nicely. Welcome advice, and criticism, Have an Excellent day !!
Guest Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 I like the color! What is the stuff in the interior tub?
dublin boy Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Those cans of plaid paint are very hard to get, almost as difficult to get as a bucket of steam Looking good.
dbbycreations Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Attempted to use a tissue and glue mixture for flooring . So far not very impressed, don`t care for the look of the stuff you buy for that.So thought I would try some other creations . I welcome suggestions
dbbycreations Posted March 5, 2015 Author Posted March 5, 2015 Got rid of that hideous attempt at carpet finished seats motor almost done.Have paint body again had some bad spots with airbrush lol carry on though
