Petetrucker07 Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 I did delivery a few years ago 2 blocks from here.
Mopar hound Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 I delivered cement to the Shedd Aquariam in Chicago for patch work to be done on the whale tanks. It was a great cruise down Lake Shore Drive in my 79 Screaming Jimmy.
Greg Pugh Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 When I was a service advisor, the dealership I worked at sent me down to Dallas/Fort Worth to drive the new (at the time) Mazda Speed MX-5. It was sooo awesome. There was a driver's class, hot laps with a professional driver and then we also got to take several laps of our own! Oh, and yes, I was getting paid the whole time!
rctruk Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Sometimes I get to deliver to copper mines in the area. We need an escort when we are on the same roads as the mine trucks.
Foxer Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) OK ... my first job out of college as a structural engineer was to design the building and machine foundations for a new paper mill for Crane and Company to make all the paper for US Currency. After it was complete it was almost eerie going in there .. the whole place had a green glow to it. Sorry, no photos. Edited March 3, 2015 by Foxer
gotnitro? Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Wow, look at the size of that quarry truck!! Cool pic
