Can u spray tamiya paint straight onto model kit without using primer coat?

You can. Are you talking about small parts or painting a body? More often than not, you will get better results with primer. Primer will show imperfections that can be repaired before the color coats go on.

You can spray without primer, but I think that you would be happier with the outcome if you used their primer. Their white primer is a little finer than the gray and works best if your going for a brighter finish color. Gray will sometimes make certain colors darker. Just depends on what you are looking for as an end color shade.
