smellyfatdude
This is the Jo-han Ramchargers kit, but without the dual scoop manifold or the drag headers. I'm using the kit wheels and tires, but I might slip the dog dish caps from the Lindberg ' 64 kit on those wheels. Not sure, yet. I was able to fit the Lindberg front bumper, with a little bit of minor cutting. The paint is Duplicolor medium maui blue, inside and out, but I'm doing a tri-tone interior. Fun kit! 62pyro
Nice work so far. I built built one of these about 30+ years ago. First car I ever owned was a '64 Polara.

smellyfatdude
First car I ever owned was a '64 Polara. I actually bought this kit to try and replicate our neighbors car, from when I was a small boy. But this kit's just too much fun not to build as a street car, and now it's a little more subtle looking. I decided to go with the dog caps, over the chrome wheels. smellyfatdude
Here's the body foiled, and the wheels prettied up. I got the paint on the seats, and some foil on the dash. Finishing the interior will be next.

426-Hemi
GAWD that car looks good in blue (not the first time I've seen that on the Polara "330" or the Polara "440" in blue).... they have some NICE body lines for a early to mid-60's car! Next question is, what ya plan to use for a power plant in this one? Early 60's leave A LOT open to be used! Ron Hamilton
Interesting build. One of my uncles had a '64 Polara 500 Convertible, which I plan to replicate in scale. His was white, with a white convertible top, red interior with white accents, baby moons. 383-4 with a torqueflite. I really like those '64-65 Mopars.
