johnbuzzed
This was the Revell first issue of the kit, finished about 4 years ago. It's box-stock except for a couple of decals and the column-mounted shifter. I tried painting an eyeball on that. And, I added a basic tach to the firewall with a Wizard's O and a decal, and the front plate is from the "Green Hornet" kit. Weathering was done with some washes, a bit of real rust and some genuine Long Island dirt (I have a good supply of that!) Dullcote protects everything from fingerprints. johnbuzzed
A couple more. I do apologize for the quality of a couple of the pictures; the fuzzier ones are the older ones (experience helps). Ramfins59
Not bad John. I have one of these kits and some day I'm gonna try making a model of Dave Dickash's hotrod.
