i've been looking for a kit of a grain trailer and thety don't seem to exist. is there one that i overlooked, or is this a project that i need to sit down with a pencil and paper and design from scratch? thanks so much for any input.

Dave, I have an old article from C.M. Kroack about detailing the AMT Peterbilt 359 (ok, it's a little dated) and converting the AMT Fruehauf Van Trailer into a 1970s era grain trailer. PM me your address, and I'll get a copy into the mail for you.
