Thanks Larry for the info. I have a '57 Chevy Monogram kit but it must be a later release as there is no Vette grill.  So now I guess my best search would be the Vette grill from an older '57 Monogram kit.  I had hoped to have this finished for the June Heartland Nationals.  Maybe now it needs to either maintain the stock grill or go back on the shelf and maybe I can find such a piece from vendors at the show.  Take care and thanks again.

I picked up a Boyd;s Hauler opened kit at a garage sale.  I see it is a Testors kit. It loks cool.  Does anyone have any insight as to possible problems with this kit?  Thanks.

This ties in with a story I saw on local WIBW Topeka television yesterday.  KU department of engineering and also design have a grant from Ford Motor to work on an alternative to the current transmission lever.  As Ford has told the involved departments they want to make room for something else in that location. But they haven't said anything about what that something else is.  Ah yes, the plot thickens!
