  7. Hi there Jairus, I was looking through some old Model Car Journal magazines that I have last night and I came a cross a very cool model built by none other than yourself. I was wondering if you had any more pics of it and a bit more info on it? looks like you put a lot of work into it.

  12. Your welcome, and i agree about liking a good W-engine in a Ford
  13. I've managed to start laying down some colour. The artist's acrylic I was going to use ended up being to bright. It looked like Day-Glo paint!! Though It sprayed fine through my airbrush and also dried fine. Instead I have toned it down a bit though as you can see from the pics, it's still quite bright! Still experimenting with paint, it is now sprayed with emulsion paint thinned with Windex,. Again it came out fine and I'm very pleased with the results and definitely recommend trying it. The interior and engine block is sprayed with pearlescent white artists acrylic. There's still a lot of work to do yet but getting there slowly.
  14. Looking really cool Virgil! Thats one beast of a motor you've got powering that monster!! LOL. awesome work! Loving your channel too. keep uploading

  16. Thanks guys . Yeah the body chassis fit is an issue. I've tweaked it as best I can. Think superglue will help, LOL Yeah don't think i'd get an mot on this baby, LOL
  17. Not much been happening lately, but hears a quick update. I couldn’t get the front end to sit low enough and still have room for the engine sump etc to fit. So I grafted the front clip from a 1957 Chevy Bel Air onto the 36 Ford Chassis. I am playing with the Idea of a quick change for the rear end.
