Does anyone know anything about Randy Ayres site? I was on it one night this past week and about an hour later could not get on. The next day I tried at my office and could not get on and still can't. Elvin

Down with a SQL DB error.  The kind of issue I used to fix in my real job. I contacted the ADMIN but no info. After they removed the real racing section I noted usage went way down. I really hope they have not just shut it down.

That would be a shame to lose that forum.  A wealth of information and some excellent builders there.

It's been down for a couple of days. I too hope it hasn't been axed as I frequent that site more often than I check my email. A wealth of information would be lost if they shut down. Still watching...

The forum has been down for days....that's the main interest of many.

I've tried to access it a couple of different ways, and sometimes get a "threat" message from my AV. Possibly the site has been destructively hacked, as has occurred here in the past.

Apparently it was down back in April of 2008 for a while too.

I'm a moderator over there. To dispell any rumors: The site is not gone, is not done for or finished. Bob Hanner is the admin. for the site and he is working with GoDADDY to get it everything back up and running. I'm not a computer guru so I don't know the details. It's been amusing to see some of the speculation flying around the net, but sad to say to those who want us gone (and there is a group that does), the site will be back up soon. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, thanks, Gary.  I was getting ready to make notes on paint colors for NASCAR models.  There is an untold wealth of information on that forum.  I'll keep checking to see when it comes up.  Sooner than later I hope!
