Dave Van
With the Salvinos 1986 Pontiac GP 2+2 kit hitting the shelves it reminded me I had a built 2+2 in the vault. (otherwise know as the box in the basement) Rusty Wallace's 1986 NASCAR ride. This is the old Monogram kit with the JNJ resin conversion and Fred Cady decals. Two vendors that are no more! It was built around 1988 so she holds up well. . I bought two of the Salvinos 86 2+2 kits...very good....not perfect but nice to have a kit of this car. What corrections need to be made to the Salvinos' one?
Dave Van
IMHO Only.......Nothing you can fix........the rear window has sharp creases where it should be much softer. Google photos of the real Cup cars and you can see the difference. thx
