Gold 57 Chevy.

AMT kit.  Painted tamiya gold.  Pretty much box stock except for the parts I lost. Supposed to look like a paint and wheels from back in the 80’s. But of bag worn look.

Turned out looking really nice, looks like a proper old school drag car. I remember you getting fingerprints on that paint, did you clear coat it or did the paint eventually cure?

Thanks its still on the roof. lol.  But I am a deal with it guy,,,  glad I stuck with it .

You don't even notice the paint issues you mentioned in your build post. All the trim looks great. I like how you changed the rear suspension and setup the differential and the exhaust.

Thank you David... Suspension and exhaust. was included in the kit. this was the street machine version .

I didn't realize that. I have built the regular kit and I have this one in the closet, but it has been there for a long time and I haven't looked inside since I bought it years ago.
