IHSS
Has anyone built this kit? was wondering how it is. Is the detail and molds good? is it worth the 40 bucks? My first car was an 81 camaro that was replaced with an 81 Z28 a few years later. I want to build a replica of the Z I had and have never been able to get the hood right, trying to make it from the monogram 79 Z kit. Mine was a 305 4spd from the factory that I swapped in an lt1 from a 701/2 Z . Thats one of the "ones that got away" for me. It wasn't a very good newengland winter car so I traded it for a 79 IH Scout that I still have and am getting ready to restore soon. Ok enough rambling thanks for your time and comments Jeff
IHSS
Thanks Steve. The proportion issue was my concern. I had a mid 70's ta years ago that was rediculuos how bad it was. I din't know mpc made an 81 the only one I've seen is the Fujimi, thanks for the heads up.

Casey
The box art is the best part of the kit...pass on it.
