What Zingers? Oh, you mean the car thingies in front of the gal in the bikini! Just kidding. It's fun to see these pictures from time to time. Funny thing is I didn't like Zingers when they were first out years ago. Now I like them enough that bought four of them with their last release. Bought the Dodge A-100 van, the Dodge B-series van converted to the pickup (Little Red Zinger), the VW Beetle, and the Dune Buggy. Now I think they're cool.

Those big Zingers were promotional items that appeared at 1:1 car events and races back in the day. I remember a couple of them were up for auction... I just can't remember how far back with estimates in the $20,000 range.

I remember that Model Car Science had a Zingers contest back then. I ruined all my Corgi cars trying to make Zingers out of them with 1/25 scale engines.
