Very nice!

I just finished this one and gave it a retro paint job. The color is Panther Pink, which as many of you probably know was a Chrysler muscle car color from the 1970's. The car went together real well until the final assembly and then it became a wrestling match, I like this one though and thank everyone for looking.

Very nice body work. I would have never thought a Pontiac can be converted in this manner. I agree with the others, I will be following this one.

With the scratches not being deep, I suggest starting with 2400 or 3600 grit and working up from there. I would try to work in the area with the scratches. If your sanding moves beyond, just move up to the next higher grit and expand the sanding area. I got a glob of glue on the “glass” and used this method. I finish with Meguires scratch out. It looked fine afterwards. I had to put the Meguires on a few times.

That was one of my favorite model years for that car. Good job.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. I bought the paint at Advance Auto Parts. Rustoleum also makes a green / gold color shift as well. I was really surprised at how smooth and glossy the paint went down. I did not use a clear coat on the paint. The green and gold looks like this:
