there probly will be close to 30 or better for sure when they start getting finished anyone have suggestions to tone down chrome on wheels? trx's can be very shiney when polished up but most cars you see the aluminum has a duller or flat sheen to them.... -

Building a few versions of the "83" style foxbody by mpc there were 2 versions 3 if you include the annivarsary car, the molded in blue, and the molded in red both very cool kits, minus the lack of gas tank detail I hope to scratchbuild my own fuel tank to more closely depict the 79-93' ford mustang gas tanks.....

will Be making a black one box art style tried one already applied decals right to the black plastic with plans of clearcoting over decals, the decals peeled right off the plactic while it sat in the box waiting to be worked on, i will have to paint the body first it looks like, on that note i actually think the "brown" fits the wild breed decals quite well looks sharp!

its from a guy on e - bay I got them from, i won them uncontested, later on i could not find them again so i looked him up in my history and asked if i could buy another set, just had to paypal him the $ and he sent another set via usps in an envelope between thin cardboard, my wife made me close my paypal so i can no longer get things on e-bay, but I have his envelope and address so i'm about to write the guy and ask him to e -mail me and see if i can send him a money order for another set i'm not sure I have enough material to make another full interior, if i get a response from him via e-mail i will ask if its ok to give out his e-mail in regards to forum members that would like these decals contacting him if they want a set, its very convincing i think looks very real ! i will let everyone know if I get permission to give out mailing address/ e-mail info. want to say it was around 7-8 $ a set its on waterslide decal paper, i actually cut out what i needed and elmer glued into place!

i want to say the mpc foxbody kits are the same way too its all foxbody yet the fuel tank area resembles more like a mustang II look to it i need to get a lot of the 1/25 revell notchback chassis's for better detailed motors with manual transmissions, and proper looking fuel tanks!i should borrow a revell fuel tank so i can figure out how to scratchbuild my own! -

was just wondering how many folks out there on this forum have seen the original film??, Not the Nicholas cage version, very neat makes you wonder if it is really that easy to steal most older cars with a breif case and a few small tools inside the case? I especially like the very beginning of the movie a dodge charger or challenger the take a wrecked car take it to designated "safe" shop remove all vin tags buck tags matching engine and tranny door locks and trunk locks hide it all away. Go steal a "twin" car and switch all the things out and put the vehicle back out on the road the old movie and the cage version of gone in 60 do have alot of similarities, like a stolen "hot" caddilac full of dope and the detective stopping in with dope spilled on the floor same close call situation really cool movie thats actually part of a trilogy of movies..... H.B. passed away in filmong the 3rd movie he coordinated all hos own stunts and crashes........ Really cool era in time and automotive history alot of neat vehicles in the movie such as the parnelli jones bronco
