ok since you stopping and sightseeing get you some Dry Ice Pack. lay a heavy towel in the bottom of what ever you gonna transport them in, then the ice packs then another heavy towel then pack your models. Amazon sells them.

sounds like you have no AC in your car.. just put them in a cardboard box , dont wrap them up. roil up a towel or face cloth and lay between them..make sure you lay a few towels on the bottom of the box to help cushion the ride..that's just one way to pack them.. everyone has their own way that works for them..

Easy Off oven cleaner yellow can. spray on in a well vented area ( enamel paint only ) , let soak 10-12 hrs. with old tooth brush under warm water scrub off. dry and re pete if needed. always ware rubber gloves on any type of cleaner you may use.

a good scrub with Ajax or Comet cleaner followed up with a good soapy water bath then rinse well. -

Matt answered your glue question.. for the interior i always paint it last with a brush once the body paint is dried. -
i been building with 3D for years now. 3D parts can be straighten out with warm to hot water depending on how thick they are, once straight hold it under cold water like your kitchen sink. body's on the other hand it would depend on what part, hood yes the whole body file 13 it. the key if you dont know the seller pay him PayPal G&S if he dont like that walk away. what you need to do is throw it away and get you some Bondo Glazing & spot putty. dries fast (overnight) and easy to sand. been using this for many years. Walmart and any home center will carry it..
