  12. While I will always see the '69 Charger as the one and only G.L. It's still fun to watch people take different cars and paint them up the same way. That said very nicely done Marty, it looks very good. It's one of the best non Mopar Lee's I've seen ever, great job.
  13. Beautiful '49 Jim, very nicely done!

  17. Thanks Carl! Another update, added some hood latch plates to the hood, cut out with scissors from aluminum tape. Not the best thing ever seen but atleast it gets the job done. Also got the dash board made. Some more interior work done. And finally a little preview of the engine, mostly dressed. Thanks for looking!
  18. Thank you everyone for the very kind words.
  19. Ouick update and it's for the custom tail lights.
  20. Thanks! I use Bondo brand spot putty so when I start sanding I use 500 grit until I get the rough off then move to something between 1000 and 2000 grit sandpaper for smoothing it out. As for scribing lines, what I use is the blunt end of the hobby knife and just try to be as careful as possible. I think they make tools to make that easier but I haven't tried any.
  21. And a few more pics, just because I can. Thanks again for looking!
  22. Some more pics Funny story with the radiator hose, I ended up forgeting to put the radiator in when I should have and didn't notice until I started taking pictures. So I took the car back inside put the radiator in and ended up dropping the hose in the engine bay. I ended up shaking the car for several minutes trying to get it out but had no luck. . . So the radiator hose is in car, it's just not in the right place lol. Thanks!
