  1. Thanks for the comments, This is the best forum so far I've registered to, great people here. I love America... Sjefke. I like that!! This is the kit : It's a great kit. I wheatered the chassis with the dry-brushing technique. Just dip your brush in the paint, and then wipe it off on a piece of paper or something. Then with a - dry brush - you move gently over the chassis until you've got the desired effect. Have a good one.
  2. Hello folks, Here I am again with my third modern day muscle car (As I like to call them). This challenger will be red with black decals. The chassis has already been done, And I also sprayed the body. Hope y'all like it. Have A wonderfull New Year's Eve. (Where I am is it still december 30th 9:53 PM, but I'm not sure how late it is in America at this moment.)

  4. tnx for the comments, @ Platerpants : It is not my intention to copy the eleanor entirely. The bodywork will still be stock shelby GT500. only the colors will be like the eleanor. hereby also a new update : have a wonderful new year's Eve.

  12. Hello fellow modelbuilders, A little while ago I've had the crazy idea to build the 3 modern day muscle cars in 3 weekends. Guess what, That's just not possible. At least not for me. But the idea kept my bugging. So today I started on the Shelby GT500. In this movie you can what's Inside the boxes of the Shelby / Challenger and the Camaro Inside the box : 3 modern day muscle cars A little picture before I went to the paintbooth And a few hours later, another picture. body painted with tamiya silver rims painted with Tamiya gunmetal random pics A few facts : interieur painted with vallejo model air dark sea grey engine painted in tamiya flat aluminium, the rest of the engine-parts : tamiya X1 suspension and chassis in revell aqua color flat black total hours of airbrushing : 5,5
