  10. The matra djet 5 is a pretty little French sport car of the sixties. The rea lone is powered by a 1300cc Renault engine. this model is a rare kit Verneuil poorly built when I was a kid. I completely rebuilt and modified it to accommodate a chassis and engine of Ferrari 348 Italaeri. Wheels come from a Alpine A110 Burago.
  11. not enought low you're right... have been surprised by the size of tiny wilz ! thanks for comments
  12. magnifique !
  13. two beautiful montages. I guess to remember the Fairlane has outsold the Chevy, but I much prefer the bel air ...
  14. I do not know much, and I'm not a big fan of low riders, but the challenge was whether I was able to create a credible model. I chose a 66 Olds because I was here in my closet, and I created this graphic in photoshop. then it was printed on transparent paper with a color copier. the decal has been placed on a pearly pink paint and then varnished. 4 small wheels comes from Pegasus.
  15. hi Guys i try to answer to all your questions : @BKcustoms : i work mainly with tool fitted on dremel (i don"t know the word), scalpel, cutter and sand paper. @ajshot58 : front bonnet will not open, so no detailled engine. @sportandmiah : i use "sintofer" polyester bi components putty. the one i use is "soft", easier to sand. @GerN : youre right, my shape is not accurate, i took liberty to modifie the original design, because what i prefer on this project is the front. i don' like a lot the hard top and the tail, to short for my sense. however i don't know if my design will look better.... @many : i know that wheels looks a bit too big, but i haven't better in my stock. i have got some pegasus wheels, the rear one could fit, but the front are to small !
  16. I had the idea to bash a cobra when I found on the internet this drawing 3d called "venom". I wondered seeing this design if the designer had worked maintaining the proportions of true cobra. so I opened my jar of polyester putty, and a lot of motivation, is the work in progress:
