Finally my 1950 Austin is done what a project be awile before I build another one thats for sure. Well this one had to be totally kitbashed. It had the motor from the winged express fully wired.
Made my own hinges for the doors and trunk.It has tinted windows and painted Electric Blue hope you guys enjoy.

Real nice job Tyrone what do you use for parrachute lines? there different over the years I know I`m looking for what they used on the gasser`s and alter cars from back and the day any idea?

Well my dad is 79 years old and he still builds models once and awile as long he don`t have to much on his do list from my mom. I get him to paint some of my models he does a good job painting by brush.

I like the style of wordng your using is that a free program and if don`t mind to give me the link to the site.I also build drag cars and never can figure out a name for it.Thats why I have so maney projects on the go.

Well I use briaded fishing line from WalMart it comes in black. But can east painted to look right and cheap to for 500 feet for about 4 bucks.

Real nice job on the AWB so that Sox&Martin book is really good like the new book done on Bill Jenkins? That book is hard to get a hold of wanted to get that book but no luck.

Nice job so far I like how you did the decals. A couple questions if you don`t mind when you scan stuff do you scan at the higest reslotion and when you print is it also as a high reslotion. Want to know and learn how to downsize and print decals I do old drag cars and can use this info to do it for myself.Any tips and help would be great hope you are willing to share your knowledge on the subject.

Well there are two ways for the earl fittings and the best part they are both cheap ways of doing it. Ok the first idea Plastruck makes a .030 hex rod that would be used for fuel lines .040 hex rod would be used for oil lines. and for elbows you make them from solid rod and make your own 45 degree angle. And for braided fuel line I use braided fishing line whitch comes in black. But you get about 500 feet of it for 4 bucks. All you have to do is paint it what color you want. I get mine from WalMart. I another way to do the earl fittings is crimp beads whitch are silver or gold you can get them from the dollar store or WalMart.
