  1. I wonder if only the heads and valve covers and heads are different? Is the block the same? With how popular youve made the pro sportsman chassis for kit bashing. I think I should cast some sets untill revell releases them again
  2. I was hoping you wouldn't say that lol the chevys are getting a Little pricey on the net. Ill have to try and find some in resin. Thanks Tyrone
  3. Looks amazing but ive hot one question. Where are you getting your valve covers and heads from? I bought a few of the Fairlane pro sportsman kits and really do not want to use the ford engines so to speak
  4. check out tedsmodelingmarketplace it will give you a rouph idea lol
  5. Amazing build makes me miss the old mud drags and swamp racers on tv when spike was tnn
  6. The wiring and rubber band I find are poor excuses for wiring tbh. Sure its nice to have a kit with full detail set but its almost to difficult to work with. I find myself cutting off tabs and ca gluing pins on to hold. Ill show some progress sunday night. I just finished painting everything this week. The hardest part part is to deviate and use aftermarket or scratch parts
  7. please keep on her. looking great but i have yet to see a finished Gen 2 drag camaro finished on any forums (other than extreme pro bods lol) i could be wrong but yours could be a great 1st
  8. and i thought 1/25 wiring was difficult before this kit lol this kit has lots of quarks but im still enjoying it. im hoping it will be my slump buster. yours is coming along quite nicely. keep it up!
  9. Truly a master! each build is like a new tutorial for us thank you!
  10. This makes me want to do an iron man theme build. Looks amazing. Off topic but what if drag racing was like monster trucks? Crazy looking bodies on funny cars and dragsters. Hmmmmm yupp ive gone nuts
  11. Keep going brother. The further I get in this kit the harder I find to build it box stock. Once this one is dont im going to build one with all the nessisary mods.
  12. hey brother just a heads up Instructions call for plug boots to be 1/4" long But in scale that would be 4" long just seemed a little big for me so I decieded t9 make them 5mm but 4mm would probly be better
  13. Does anyone have any tricks on inserting the ignition wire into the black tubing? 2 hours and im pretty frustrated rubbed all the paint off distributer
  14. Isnt the bandit t/a missing the Confederate flag on tbe licence plates aswell?
  15. Love this thread!!!!!! Can we get it pinned?
  16. Im doing the same, no alterations just for review but first job with metalizer
  17. Always good to vent anyway. But 20 mins of spraying faskolor wont kill ya. Youve got more of a chance to get sick walking city streets with the smog. Id be more scared of the over spray being seen by wife/girlfriend/mother lol easily cleaned but if ya miss a spot lol
  18. You guys have been great. I never thought of placing the blower at the end of the line. I always thought with any 90 bends it would lose suction so to speak. Im going to shoot for atleast 100 cfm but ill probley go higher if it dont break the bank. Buy if I get over spray my wife is gonna shoot me haha Thanks to all with your tips Once im finally set up keep an eye out for my youtube videos If I can I plan on building a box stock every week and doing a review on how well it went together
  19. thats the plan its soo much cheaper to replace and "should" catch most if not all overspray
  20. I think he meant range fan above his stove. But yeah id say no and stick to the garage or great outdoors for now
