  1. Show the oil pan? The heads and valve covers say 426 hemi but timing cover looks wierd to me like a chevy or a 392 hemi? Looks like the distributer was glued to look like a 426

  5. Seems the parts sites have been more of a help than anyone else. google has helped a little but They just dont show the drivers side of the engine. But im struggling witha couple problems In late 80s early 90s Were crank spun fans being competitively used? And when were chain driven distributers become more popular? Rather than off the cam? THe fan just dont quite make sence to me

Starting with the revell firebirds camaros And sportsman kits Ive been on here for months and ive seen allot but other than distributor, plug wires, rad hoses im a little lost when it comes to fuel lines dry sump systems ect Ive got a vast amount of knowlage of pro streets muscle cars and classics But purpose race cars I have noy been exposed to enouph

I was just going to use the chassis for one of my custom builds untill I realized that one of the sponcer logos was Stratford motor products which is or was a company from a town only 45 minutes away from me so I want to build it right Can anyone point me in the direction of pics of the car? I cant seem to find anything Also if anyone has any wiring or plumbing tutorials? This is going to be my first attempt at added detail other than paint Thank you

  15. Thanks brett I think im going to order a tone of styrene and cut and splice the camaro body ive got. Kinda sucks not having a lhs where I am. But im pretty stoked about this build. The wheel base is pretty close on both cars. Im not looking for 100% accuracy just close enouph as there are no clubs or shows anywhere close to me in ontario lol Thank you for all your help im going to have fun with this one
  16. Thanks guys after reasearching some builds im now on the fence. would it be best to take an exsiting stock body and sevierly moddify it or just pay up to 50 for the resin body? Ive got a handfull of novas and a fresh yenko camaro I bought for doner parts anyway opinions
  17. Hey guys im a long time modeler but slowly getting into wire and scratchbuilt detailing. I dont want to get in over my head and give up so could you guys point me in the direction of some bodys that are an almost direct fit for the jegs oldsmobile? I prefure gms and mopars thanks
