Hi...any one going to the MAGS event at Florida State Fairgrounds ,Tampa, this weekend oct.12-14,2007. I will be there with few of my Dioramas and promo of our Caribbean Scale Auto Expo , Caguas , Puerto Rico....thanks to Pat Parnell.......... Hi.....My nameis Miguel Barbosa , I am from Puerto Rico , but I travel two times a month to Orlando .My apt is at Columbia Drive ,Kissimmee. I mostly build auto Dioramas and some Sci-Fi . I also participate in several events in Florida ,my last one in Florida was at the Fairgrounds IPMS in the month of may. I will be at Tampa for the weekend of oct. 13-14 for the N.S.R.A. Scale model contest , if you are near , we can talk about the great idea of a local Model Car Club in Orlando . Hi.... For Me I always refer my diorama accesories needs with model railroading , they are the best in any scale. You can check www.hobbylinc.com railroading accesories and figures in N ,HO,O and G scale. Hi..m408..I have used white glue for resin figures but not over a plastis base , but white glue holds great on a cardboord base .The Scotch double tape dries and the figure falls by it self. You can get MiniHold at www.scenicexpress.com this company have great accesories for N,HO and O scale , but most of there accesories can be used for other scales . Get in the site and ask for there big catalog . They are very responsible........Be Happy...........Barbo.

Hi.....m408....now you understand my ''Diorama Syndrome'' it never ends , you are welcome. I have a few dioramas that have one or two years of building and seems as if it will never end. I use white Elmers Glue for figures that will be over cardboard or foamboard . If the surface is plastic I use a small amount of Crazy Glue . Now, if I will move the figures , I use ''MiniHold'' transparent tacky wax adhesive item number #EX0140 , from Scenic Express. Keep up the Diorama building, it is the best hobby addiction of the world..................Be Happy......Barbo.

Hi....My name is Miguel Barbosa , I live in Puerto Rico. I am married and have two sons (18 and 24) I am Drafter , B.Arch. and Model Builder. I work at home and work part time as a College Teacher in Drafting and Archtectural Model Building . Also as a volunteer teacher in a junior high private school. I have always been interested in miniatures , as a hobby and then as my daily living. I have participated in scale auto model events in Puerto Rico and United States. I also llike Model Railroading and remote control cars . My goal was to have a event in Puerto Rico that would gather the best scale model builders of our island once a year to outstand there habilities . With special guests , inovations, new ideas , and best of all the growth of freindship among all . It hasn't been easy but thanks to a great amount of modelers in Puerto Rico, special people ,sponsors , friends and family it has been accomplished.We are now celebrating our 5th aniversary , and every year it gets better . Its not the best event in the world , but it is a great event ''THE CARIBBEAN SCALE AUTO EXPO'' Thanks to all that in one or other way as been part of the game.............Be Happy ......Barbo.

Hi.....Sorry for the delay ....The first photo demonstrate a partial enlargement of the backdrop. The second photo is a label of one of the backdrops kit by Walthers and the third photo is a sample of the easy to do instructions sheets . The method is the same in any sheet or cardboard backdrop. What I did on my first ''Book Diorama'' was cut each structure and glue them on foamboard with different thickness , this looks as if each structure is in dif. distance.
