  1. I've dealt with Jerry at modeltrucking.com many times. Great person
  2. They will curl up too. i find spraying even 1/3 of a sheet is ok. Then I just turn it over and mark the shape with a pencil, cut it out and put some water on a flat surface lay it on top and hold it flat for a while . After applied press it out then when dry seal it.
  3. I think I have it covered. Telsa in helping. I need the #RF1 rear fenders so I'm lucky that one isn't broken
  4. That would work But I just checked. No location Near me at all
  5. Sean, No airbrush. I'v always used spray cans. Do you know how long it takes for a reply from P&P Resin. I emailed Eric 4 days ago and still no answer. I need those fenders he has to do this.
  6. Small update. lots of styrene work to do on this one. One problem I ran into is that no store has a light pink spray paint around here. ">http://
  7. Nice Pete Sean it turned out great
  8. The rims are narrower that I'm using and I found 2 chrome 2 hole bud like hubcaps which narrowes it and ajusts the front
  9. David, Yes I agree the first two looks right . The others would be fine but the tank looks too tall for those, it just seems to over tower them. Again the final decision is yours as it's your build and it's always good to be different.
  10. Why do they put so much effort into foolishness like this. They need to come up with a better solution for gasoline replacement as we are being robbed each fill up.
  11. Here is a small update on the Defiance build. The cab has been shortened, I hope it's close I just went by pics. I also had to convert to a single headlight, put in a rear window and ajust the cab mounts. Lots of filling sanding priming and it got it's pink coat. More comming asa progress is made. 12. Nice Looking Mule that is so on my wish list. What did you use for a kit to set the cab on?
  13. I got all the pics I could find on that site. I also tried to contact someone on his site when I was doing the Hideout truck, but never got any reply back. I was mostly looking for details on interior color and frame color ect. I can go by pics. This is a longer project as some parts are hard to locate.
  14. I have the engine for it need truck info
  15. Any and all specs would be great I cannot find a thing on dementions for this truck. I have a lot of cab work done by pics but the rest is a mystery. ">http://http://s231.photobucket.com/user/alangarber/media/TheDefiancetruck-vi.jpg.html'>
  16. Looks really good as a single axle
  17. Spray Paint
  18. OK I mentioned this to someone looking for stripes. I only tried this doing my last builds and it worked great for me. This is only a cheap way of doing stripes but if your an artist there are no ends to it. I thought people did this that is why I never mentioned it before this. All you need is a sheet of waterslide decal paper. I just used a spraybomb to paint the paper the color (s) I needed. Let it dry good cut and soak it water and apply. Simple for those small or larger stripes. I hope this will help. All the stripes were done this way on both of these builds. 19. Looks great Nice job just what I need for my D8
  20. Those are looking fine. You are going to need some seriouse shelf space if you build many of these. It's the fun we have and all of us are learning. Thats what building is all about, but your doing a fine job on those.
  21. you have only so much pic space. Then you have to download them to photobucket and then you can add lots of pics.
  22. Nice That looks great so does the Dozer
