    to make the valve use a leather punch to punch a small circle out of styrene then take something like piece of clothes hanger & punch the small circle out& drill a small hole in it & the top of the bottle &use small styrene rod. looks pretty good

    i use a soda can i cut it open first then flatten it out then take a small piece poster board roll it & trim it to fit with scissors &before i roll it i polish it out

    ​Walt is right 1/8 is 3 scale inches in 1/24th scale. i always lean the post back it's easier & the wind shield rake looks tough .when you get the top back on go inside & glue small wire to the inside of the post it will make your top a lot stronger & is easy to cover with putty without building it up to much. good luck

    i make the lid out of a soft drink can. it's about the right thickness for the scale
