  1. Hi gentlemen, has been a while since I wrote in this great page. I was living in Puerto Rico ?? but my wife found a new job in NC ??,and hurricane Maria makes things in my land ( and for me)harder to work with build truck models. I lost interest for now. Well I'm moving in the states and started to work with my last two build still in progress, is not pretty but I'm going to finish both and continue with the other trucks when arrived here in NC. thanks Jesus
  2. Thanks Gator I slowly doing some progress I'm working on the Two engines assembled and painting. The two chassis are already paint with primer too. I was working in the day cab and I need to buy more putty to keep working on rear panel. I'm also doing a lot of test fitting on almost every part of the day cab truck since is a scratch built rails. is looking good but not perfect!! I will show pictures in the next weekend. Thanks to everyone for watching!! Jesus

  8. I will add photos on the weekend. My goal is to built both Superliners with sleeper and the other one a day cab. The one with the sleeper I will built it outside the box with some minor changes just the Cat engine from revell kenworth, six spoke rear wheels and a flaptop sleeper. the cab and sleeper color it would be silver and the chassis red. Not sure about the color interior for now. The day cab I need to decide the color, the engine and the rims. I will use the chassis rails that I scratch built and cut at least 3 inches to shortened for the day cab. I'm open to sugestion Thanks for reading (for now) Jesus

  10. Hi, Im looking forward to see your progress. I built one of those ford c 9000 a few weeks a go and is challenging well probably because of my skills. For the color I used russoleum orange and navy blue. Question are you going to use the gasoline engine or diesel engine?

There's Three other projects that I have in mind but I'm going to start first with the Mack Superliner then later I have two trailer projects one 1\25 dry trailer 24' and a flatbed dropdeck trailer.

  13. AMT Ford C 900 Roadway This built was very challeged first of all, the mirrors was a hell to assemble and I didn't finished. I use one from the revell pete. The Good: the chassis, interior, the engine, the trasmission and painting in two tones were good to work, The Bad Lack of experience didn't use the right # of sand paper, thats let the tranmission with uneven look on the top of the surface. Trying to detail the mudflaps and is still a paint, I will try to working on it the next built. Fiting the engine with the radiator and the drive shaft also was a challenge. Thankfully I left unglue one of the crossmember that support the transmission. The Ugly THE D... mirors!!! Mistakes assembling the cab I used liquid glue and damage the windows and now look kind of foggy. I cut the cab frames in 45 degre angle to fit the engine inside the cab. Ah!! and one of the front wheels has alitle turn to the left and yeah I use white in the dorr handeles and other details due to I want to finish this truck hope you liked. Many Thanks to: this friends who help: DRIPTROIT 71 (engine idea) , Superpeterbilt (Roadway Idea) , Tesla (roadway decals), Jim B and Gator (two tone selection), Repstock (air Intake), Tim Boyd (bumper Idea). Thanks for all your comments!! Three axle Low boy goose neck Thaks to Gator who send me the three axle part to finished this project. This one was a great project an d I recoommended to anyone who wants to built a diferent triler. This trailer was inpired by this article http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/model_magazine_articles/car_modeller/cm28_nov_1994_conve/cm_1994_11_nov_01.html . Parts that I used is mentioned in the article the diference was that I used the1/25 15 inch wheels for the 350 dually truck tires (12),the (6) Six spoke esci 1\32 rims and evergreen .020 x 156 strip for the interior of the drum braekes. Detailing the 1\32 dump belly trailer and the 1\24 container. I just add mudflaps and decals to even better finish. Thanks To Bennyg who provide the mudflaps. Photos not looking good but I can’t wait to show my stuff!!
