Thanks everybody for the feed back. I found Model Car Builder magazine (by accident) on Barnes & Nobles, Amazon and then followed a link to Magcloud. Gregg, thanks for the MCM magazine and the forum. This is my home away from home.

I wish I still had my 1:1 1985 Corolla GTS Coupe. It would fly for a 4 cylinder.

I was at he Winston-Salem Ollies and picked up 2ea of the 1953 Ford Victoria hard tops and a Ramunition 4x4. Don't know how good these kits are but will find out soon. Also found several Dodge L-700/flatbed/'40 Ford combos and almost bought one but not sure if it's a good kit or not. Does anyone have any feed back? thnx

I was just at the local Hobby Town hobby shop and noticed that they already have the November issue #154 of Model Cars magazine. I subscribe and have not recieved my issue in the mail. Has anybody out there recieved their copy yet? Thanks for your responses in advance. Patrick

This is GREAT!! I usually get my issue about 3 weeks after the first poster in this forum gets theirs. Last issue I got it about only 1 week after the first poster got theirs. Issue #143 arrived today the same week as the first poster. This is getting better all ther time. Great job and thank you very much. As for the content of the magazine, not everyone can be pleased all of the time. Every article in each magazine has a following of some size, big or small. We need to have different types of articles in the magazine because we are all different with different interests even though we're all car model fanatics. The variety of articles keeps showing us new tricks and techniques even if the article is not ones favorite. It's a work in progress and just keeps getting better. Thanks to everyone at MCM.

I need to get an air pressure regulator and a moisture filter for my airbrush compressor. Does anyone have a prefference on what to use. Any help/advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I'm just starting out using my airbrush and I would like to use the correct but affordable items. Thankyou in advance

Go with the black panel. It makes a world of a difference in appearance.

Chris, Your are doing an awesome job on this car. Are you using the Revell/Monogram T-Bird? Keep up the good work. I have been a Nascar fan forever and I like every other form of motorsports. So it doesn't matter what type of car is being built, it's great to see ones creativity,engineering, and artistic abillities when building a model. I'll definitely be following this till completetion.

When should we expect to recieve the December issue? I see that it is out but I have not recieved it in the mail yet and it is the begining of February. Thanks the magazine keeps getting better with every issue.

Dave, I have also had the same experience as you. Every issue I receive is damaged to some extent. One issue was missing 1/4 of the magazine looking like it was in a paper shreader. I called Golden Press and they were great and sent me a replacement issue. I'm willing to pay the extra money for the magazine to be sent in clear sealed wrappers. It would also save Golden Press from sending out additional copies to replace damaged ones. What do you all think about this idea. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Patrick
