i'd use a file. dremel will probably stall before you'd do damage to the chisel. a cordless drill might be a better option for aluminum or brass turning. with a file or saw.
yeah. i'll admit i use google quite a bit if i am concerned with correct or even questionable spelling. recently watched a youtube video and the producer spelled the name of his own build wrong. so i used the thumbs down button. his next video was whining that he received his first dislike. no child left behind, indeed.
if i'm stressing over an assembly, i'll touch it with ACC and then hold it up to the incandescent bulb on the left side of the hobby desk. usually helps, but it's more of a symbolic offering to the Hobby Gods than anything else.
they look like GI Joe size if you figure a hammer is 14" long. Joe is 1" = 1' scale i believe. some live steam railroad modelers might use that scale. there is a 7/8" model railroad following too - but it might be garden stuff.
