  1. It's not working great for me, It's slower than ever.
  2. Is anything being done to correct this? It gets worse every day.
  3. There are some ebay ads with pictures. These kits are going for between 70 and over 200 bucks.
  4. I don't have the ability to send pictures. The kit is open, but complete (including both chrome trees), and in new condition. I think you can google it and get pictures.
  5. I guess you're not really interested. Maybe it was just a joke. It's too bad that you can't reply.
  6. HEY, YOUR PM IS FULL, CAN YOU HEAR ME???
  7. That's the best looking one I've seen so far.
  8. Yeah, that's a good idea, but it's too late for me to do that now.
  9. Mine is still sitting on my bench in front of me, very close to finished. I started on the AMT 60 Ford pickup, and it's so nice to work on a kit that fits together nicely that I'm having a hard time going back to that Moebius nightmare, but I'll get it done soon. I'm trying to decide how to do that chrome trim along the top of the fenders and doors. Should I try BMF, or try to mask it and hit it with the chrome pen? Or maybe I'll just leave it as is like you did. I'm open to suggestions.
  10. I am still looking to trade it.
  11. Your PM will not receive messages.
  12. There's no paint, wrap, or color, that can cover up that much UGLY.
  13. I built the Comet, and I hate to break it to you, but it's not any better (maybe worse).
  14. Yeah, I've got both of the 61 Pontiacs that I don't know what to do with. I like the Moebius subject matters, but I think I'm done buying them. I've got a couple hundred kits that I can build without re-engineering them.
  15. Aside from the 52 Hudson convertible, I think I've had fitment problems with every Moebius kit I've attempted. I have the 55, and 56 Chrysler 300s, and they look great, so I might take a shot at one (or both) of them, but as far as others that I have, I'm not sure if I'll bother.
  16. I'm building the same kit, and I'm at about the same place in the building process as you are (even the same color). It looks, to me, like your radiator is sitting too high also. The top of my radiator is below the brace, and the radiator hose is even with the top of the battery. I don't know if that has anything to do with your problem, but it makes me wonder if your hood will close tightly.
  17. "Pro Stock" refers to drag racing, "Pro Street" is a street legal car that looks like it could be a drag car, usually tubbed with huge wheels/tires on the rear, and many times a blower, injector tubes, or a high rise intake with a couple big carbs sticking through the hood. The models you listed are "Pro Streets".
  18. I like Krylon Short Cuts antique bronze. It's cheap, and looks pretty close to that color with a satin clear coat.
  19. Hobby Lobby has a spot with a label for this kit, so maybe they bought a ton of them to distribute across the country. It's about time they got something new on their shelves that's actually worth buying.
  20. I have this kit that, with my old man eyesight and fat finger dexterity, I don't think I can do it justice. It is a beautiful kit, and is in new, un-started condition. It is open, but looks to be complete with both shiney, and satin chrome trees. I'd consider trading it for a Galaxie Ltd 48 Chevy coupe, or sedan delivery, or Trumpeter 64 Falcon convertible, or Ranchero. U.S. only.
  21. Mine also has a spot with a tag for the 71 Demon, besides the Ford pickup.
