  1. Now thats a different approach to building a Willys. I like it!
  2. Both are beautiful! Excellent work!
  3. Nice rebuild!
  4. Nice choice of color.
  5. I couldn't tell you why, I only took one pic of it. The rest are due to a screw up on Fotki's part.
  6. Yea there are a lot of "web wheelers" on there that have to nit pick everything and everyone. I try to ignore them and just have fun. Keep an eye on the staging area for group runs, generally the members that actually participate in the runs are great people. I have made several friends over here on the Western Slope by tagging along on some of the group runs.
  7. Thank you to everyone for your kind words.
  8. Looking great. I thought I recognized the pics of your 1:1 TJ and then I saw where you live. Are you a member of colorado4x4.org?
  9. Looking good so far. Definatley not for the faint of heart.
  10. Had a great time, hope to see everyone again in 09. http://public.fotki.com/mrboyle/car_shows/...ntests/gsl-xxi/
  11. Finally finished one! Just a quick rebuild of an old AMT kit that took waaayyy too long. This was my first attempt at using Alcad II and have to say that while its not perfect, it looks much better than I thought it would.
  12. Here's my daily driver. 1992 Ford Explorer w/ 230K miles 2" lift Powertrax No-Slip locker in the rear 31" BFG Mud Terrains and someone with blatent disregard for the undercarrage behind the wheel! More pics of it on various trails here: http://public.fotki.com/mrboyle/my_vehicle...xplorer/92_xlt/

    Nice pair of pony cars!
  14. Nice tip with the Bleach White. It makes the wire look exactly like 1:1 steel tube.
  15. Nice work Shannon!
  16. Looks great Mike! Did you shorten the bed? Who ever shortened it did an excellent job!
  17. Thats the one! I can't wait to see how it turns out.
  18. I never have liked this model Dodge, but I'm really starting to warm up to this one! Somewhat off-topic, Darin, what ever happened to the custom Corvette you were building from the e-bay glue bomb? That was another car I really liked of yours!
  19. So, am I the only one that got this? Nice pics Ken. Though nowhere near as nice as your cameras, I have an old Pentax K1000 that I love to take pics with. My digital has spoiled me, but I still prefer the K1000, especially when it comes to action shots.
  20. There's a I-6 in the '50 Chevy P.U. kit. (this one is slightly modified) There is also a Mopar "leaning tower of power" in the Lindberg Dodge 330. (again this one is slightly modified)
  21. Nice old school build up!
  22. Lyle, I'm sure you've been asked many times, but what/where do you get the wire you use for the piping?
  23. My Sling Shot Rail is one of my favorites. It was built for fun and turned out better than I ever expected.
